HYBRID MODELS

Hybrid work models continue to dominate. Many companies are adopting flexible working arrangements, balancing remote work and office presence to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.

BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION

Respondents identified at least one business transformation strategy for the next three years, with many pursuing multiple strategies simultaneously. Only 9% of respondents believe these transformations will have no effect on their portfolio or workplace strategies, highlighting the growing complexity and strategic importance of real estate in business transformation.

EMPLOYEE WELLBEING

Employee wellbeing has been prioritised, with many organisations investing in wellness programs and designing workspaces that promote health and wellbeing.

COLLABORATION IS KEY

Enhancing organisational collaboration is a key strategic role of real estate. As flexible work increases, offices are repurposed to facilitate in-person collaboration, problem-solving, and creativity, thereby strengthening corporate culture.
